Most likely your task has predecessors. You cannot assign the distribution for start time for the task with predecessors.

We did not implement different correlation coefficient simply because our client did not ask about it. However we are planning to implement it next year in RiskyProject 4.

MPP is proprietaries file by Microsoft. We are using third party component to read data from MPP file. Sometimes Microsoft make changes to MPP file specification for the specific data. It is because in RiskyProject baseline (original) project schedule in RiskyProject supposes to be created when project did not start yet. This schedule does not have any completed tasks. We would like to preserve this original schedule to be able to compare it with tracking data.

You may use Risk Mitigation view for risk mitigation planning and risk response planning. In fact most our clients use this tab particularly for risk response. Risk response planning is used to determine a course of actions after the risk has occurred.

At a present moment you may export RiskyProject information only to MPX file. Future versions of RiskyProject will provide you with capability to export data to Microsoft Project XML file.
