Risks in the integrated Risk Register are also ranked based on sensitivity to major project parameters and risk scores can be presented similarly as a Tornado chart, with horizontal bars. Risks can be ranked based on specific project parameters or on a "normalized' impact score across all project pa...

The Global Risk view is no longer supported in current versions of RiskyProject. It has been replaced by the Risk Assignment View which presents all risk assignments (local and global) in a combined view.

Re: Correlating risk assignments option
In most real life projects risk assignments are correlated. In other words if risk occurred, it affects all tasks this risk is assigned to. For example, risk 'fire' if it occurred will affect all tasks this risk is assigned to. So we recommend to keep this check box on.

Re: Cumulative Probability for present target dates and progress
One of the main outputs of a Monte Carlo simulation are Cumulative Probability Plots where are S curves that plot percentiles on the right y axis. In the example below we can see how the varying percentiles for finish time can be presented using cumulative probability plots. http://www.intaver.com/i...

RiskyProject a performs Monte Carlo simulation, which is a more advanced and accurate risk quantification method than PERT and has largely superseded it, especially on larger and more complex schedules. PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) uses weighted averages based on ranged estimate fo...

Re: Exporting the results of simulation as XML has discrepancies
One of the reasons why you may experience discrepancies between the results you see in RiskyProject and when you open the xml file in Microsoft Project is that when you export results as a percentile it does not calculate the critical path prior to the export. It is only an export of the raw simulat...
