Re: Setting Chart defaults

Currently, you can only setup chart options for specific projects. There currently isn’t a method for setting chart options that will apply to all existing or new projects.

Re: Tornado Diagram

Risks in the integrated Risk Register are also ranked based on sensitivity to major project parameters and risk scores can be presented similarly as a Tornado chart, with horizontal bars. Risks can be ranked based on specific project parameters or on a "normalized' impact score across all project pa...

As of the release of version 7.1, you can now export data in any view to Excel using the File>Export>Microsoft Excel. This includes the schedule with activities though it will not contain calendar/working time information.

Re: Correlating risk assignments option

In most real life projects risk assignments are correlated. In other words if risk occurred, it affects all tasks this risk is assigned to. For example, risk 'fire' if it occurred will affect all tasks this risk is assigned to. So we recommend to keep this check box on.

Yes. The quickest way is to run the Diagnostics (Schedule > click Schedule Diagnostics). Select the results of the analysis located in the top pane, right-click and choose Copy. http://www.intaver.com/images/RP_Forum_DCMA1.png Once you have copied the data, you open Excel and paste the data. Re: Multiple Currencies

It is important to know that RiskyProject has only one currency for project portfolio (for RiskyProject Enterprise) and for whole project (for RiskyProject Lite and RiskyProject Professional). It may cause some incompatibility with Primavera P6 which uses multiple currencies.

Re: Cumulative Probability for present target dates and progress

One of the main outputs of a Monte Carlo simulation are Cumulative Probability Plots where are S curves that plot percentiles on the right y axis. In the example below we can see how the varying percentiles for finish time can be presented using cumulative probability plots. http://www.intaver.com/i...

Re: Exporting the results of simulation as XML has discrepancies

One of the reasons why you may experience discrepancies between the results you see in RiskyProject and when you open the xml file in Microsoft Project is that when you export results as a percentile it does not calculate the critical path prior to the export. It is only an export of the raw simulat...
