How are original and actuals estimates handled?

How are the lo/base/hi duration values related to full duration vs remaining duration? I presume it is these values that are passed to the simulation engine. Are there other dependencies that I would need to account for?

Is there any high level register summary

Is there a quick way to see a summary of the risk register. Like how many risks, what is the cost of the risks etc.

Addin not calculating low and high correctly

Hello, we are trying to use the RiskyProject Addin in Microsoft Project, but are getting strange results for pessimistic (high) results when we run a Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis. We are using Duration1 and Duration2 for low and high durations.

Why is there a difference in my risk assignment view

We have several projects in planning and we noticed that in on project, the risk assignment had only one Outcome, but in another it has Low, Outcome, and High fields. What is going on?

Uncertainty to non-critical tasks for portfolio analysis

Do I need to add uncertainty to non-critical tasks? Typically we need to run Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis on large projects. In the past, for simplicity, we have only assigned uncertainties to activities on the critical path. I saw a presentation recently that advised that we need to assign un...

RiskyProject for cost analysis

Hello,

I'm trying to perform cost estimation for the construction project with risks and uncertainties. I have certain events with their probabilities and outcomes, which affect cost of my project. How can I use RiskyProject to model these uncertainties?
