Hi,

I installed version 4.2 and have Project 2010 on my computer. Intially the ribbon was installed correctly but it seems to randomly disappear. Is there anyway to turn it on if it is not visisble.

Hi,

The most likely reason for this is the ribbon is being disabled either by your MS Project Security settings (it may not recognize the Add-in). So you will have to enable it.

To check if the Add-in is enabled:
1. Open MS Project 2010.
2. Click the File tab on the ribbon.
3. Click Options.
4. Click Add-Ins
5. You should see RiskyProject Addin on the Active Application Add-Ins.
6. If it is Inactive. In the Manage drop-down list at the bottom of the dialog, select Disabled Items and then click GO.
7. Select the RiskyProject Ribbon Addin and click enable.

If the ribbon is active and is still not appearing, click Customize Ribbon.
YOu should see RiskyProject listed under the Customize the Ribbon > Main Tabs.
Ensure that all of the ribbon groups appear. Schedule, Risk and Analysis.
