In Microsoft Project you may define uncertainties in duration and cost: low, base, and high duration and fixed costs of the tasks, but you cannot enter any risks events directly. To enter risk events you would need to launch RiskyProject from MS Project, go to Risk tab on the left, define risks and assign them to tasks or/and resources. Please note that all information about risks will be staying the RiskyProject file (.ALM). This file will be linked to your project schedule in Microsoft Project (.MPP file). So you don't need to enter risk events in Microsoft Project directly because risk defined in RiskyProject will be linked to your project schedule.
