Conditional Branching not working?

It seems this feature only works with task duration or cost conditions. I have tried a simple Project with 3 tasks (A, B, C), with the finish time conditions on task A and it does not work: always B and C have a 100% success rate.

There is known issue with the Finish Time conditions in version 7. This issue has been fixed in our latest update 7.1.
Below is a screenshot showing how conditional branching using finish times is currently implemented.
