Excel spreadsheet linked to file

Post by ProjectM »

Why am I getting the following messages:

The schedule is linked to Excel file ............ The file is not found. Do you want to find this file?
Do you want to remove all links to Excel file?

What should I do?

When a risk register in an Excel spreadsheet has been imported into RiskyProject. If the user has selected to save the mapping to the spreadsheet as a template, the file name and locations is saved with the RiskyProject file (*.alm). If the file opened on another computer, the software will look for the linked spreadsheet and if it cannot find it, will open the first message. If you click Yes, you will be prompted to find the spreadsheet. If you click No, you can remove the links to the spreadsheet, however, the imported risk data will not be affected.
