You can only use a single currency for any single project. You can change currencies for different projects.

You can set the currency used for the project in the Project Options > Cost tab.

It is important to know that RiskyProject has only one currency for project portfolio (for RiskyProject Enterprise) and for whole project (for RiskyProject Lite and RiskyProject Professional). It may cause some incompatibility with Primavera P6 which uses multiple currencies.
