Accessing MS Project Field Mapping

We are having problems getting the Addin to load due to our IT system. As a workaround we are going to import XML files into the desktop. How do we map the MS Project fields if we do not have access to the Addin as shown below?

There is a similar dialog box in desktop version that is can be found in the File > Import > Map Microsoft Project fields.

In general we recommend all settings to be done in RiskyProject rather than in MS Project Addin for RiskyProject.
