Why are some task links red when I open my schedule?

I just imported a schedule into RiskyProject, but I notice that many of the links are marked in red text. What does this mean?
This is RiskyProject’s way of showing you scheduling conflicts that may affect your risk analysis results.
Red links in RiskyProject indicate that there may be a problem with the logic between the linked tasks. For example, if you have a "Start No Earlier Than" constraint but your schedule logic pushes the task earlier, RiskyProject highlights the conflict by marking the links in red.
Issues with schedule logic can adversely impact the quality or reliability of your analysis. We recommend that you run the Schedule Diagnostics on your schedule to identify specific logic issues in your schedule.
