Intaver Institute and Academic Superstore Enter Into Reseller Agreement


Calgary, Alberta – April 20, 2006 - Intaver Institute Inc. and Academic Superstore, word-leading reseller of the software for education, today announced that Intaver Institute’s project management software, RiskyProject, would be available on Academic Superstore software distribution network. The two companies have entered into a reseller agreement allowing Academic Superstore to resell project management software, RiskyProject, to its customers.

RiskyProject is actively used by many universities and project management training companies as part of project management training, particularly Project Management Institute (PMI) certification program. With RiskyProject students are able to learn how identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks and uncertainties and how risks will affect the project schedule.

Academic Superstore is currently reselling a number complete project management solution. It includes MindManager by MindJet, which helps managers brainstorm, capture and analyze information about project activities and risks. Other project management software offered by Academic Superstore include Microsoft Project and AEC Software FastTrack. Because all these software is integrated with RiskyProject Academic Superstore will now offer a complete project management solution.

Academic Superstore will resell two versions of RiskyProject: RiskyProject Professional and RiskyProject Lite. RiskyProject Professional is designed for advanced project planning and scheduling, quantitative risk analysis and project performance measurement with risks and uncertainties. RiskyProject Lite is an introductory level project risk management application with risks and uncertainties. Academic Superstore will offer us to 80% discount on RiskyProject from qualified educational organizations.
