Profit Report View
The Profit Report includes all of the input and result data associated with
cost, income, and Profit for all tasks in the Schedule. Use the Profit Report
view to view input data and results associated with cost, income, and
Profit. Profit report show low, base, and high cost, income, and
Profit for all tasks.
Default fields
- Tasks Name: Name of the task.
- Total Cost: Cost associated with resources assigned to the
particular task plus fixed task cost. Calculated based on current schedule
duration and fixed cost.
- Income: Total income as a result of probabilistic calculation.
Will have no value in the current schedule calculation.
- Profit: Profit = Income - Cost on each iteration. If Income
is zero for all tasks, Profit is not calculated. Mean Profit is calculated as
result of statistical analysis. Will have no value in the current schedule
calculation.
- Cost Actual: Actual Cost can be calculated automatically
(default) using tracking data. You can manually input actual cost, if you
uncheck flag in Options dialog (cost view). Actual cash flow diagram will be
displayed within Cost Analysis view.
- Cost Low: Total low cost (fixed task cost plus variable cost,
e.g. associated with resource) as a result of probabilistic calculation. Will
have no value in the current schedule calculation. Can be minimum, P1, P5, P10.
- Cost: Mean Total Cost as a result of probabilistic calculation.
Will have no value in the current schedule calculation.
- Cost High: Total high cost (fixed task cost plus variable
cost, e.g. associated with resource) as a result of probabilistic calculation.
Will have no value in the current schedule calculation. Can be maximum, P90,
P95, P99.
- Income Actual: Actual: Income that is accrued during the course of a
task or project. RiskyProject calculate actual cost automatically based on
tracking data. Alternatively, you can enter this income manually if you uncheck
a flag in Options (cost tab)
- Income Low: Total low income as a result of probabilistic
calculation. Will have no value in the current schedule calculation. Can be
minimum, P1, P5, P10.
- Income: Total income as a result of probabilistic calculation.
Will have no value in the current schedule calculation.
- Income High: Total high income as a result of probabilistic
calculation. Will have no value in the current schedule calculation. Can be
maximum, P90, P95, P99.
- Profit Low: Profit = Income - Cost on each iteration. If
Income is zero for all tasks, Profit is not calculated. Low Profit is
calculated as result of statistical analysis. Will have no value in the current
schedule calculation. Can be minimum, P1, P5, P10.
- Profit: Profit = Income - Cost on each iteration. If Income
is zero for all tasks, Profit is not calculated. Mean Profit is calculated as
result of statistical analysis. Will have no value in the current schedule
calculation.
- >Profit High>: Profit = Income - Cost on each iteration. If Income is zero for
all tasks, Profit is not calculated. Low Profit is calculated as result of
statistical analysis. Will have no value in the current schedule calculation.
Can be maximum, P90, P95, P99.
- Res. Cost: Cost associated with all resources assigned to the
particular task. Calculated during deterministic current schedule calculation.
Resource cost for summary tasks is calculation as cost of all resources assigned
to summary task plus resource cost of all subtask.
