Font Size and Display Settings not supported

When I open the risk information diaglog box, it can only display part of the diaglog.The three buttons of "OK","Cancel" and "Help" cannot display on the screen (looking like the following figure).

The issue is due to non-standard combination of Font and App sized set in the “Ease of Access Display Settings” in Windows.. A combination of the Font size and App sizes are most likely the issue. You may have to modify these settings in order for the dialog box to fit onto your screen as this particular dialog box has limited capability to resize itself due to the number of fields it has. The example below is a screen shot taken from Windows 10 (Windows 7 has a slightly different appearance.

To open this Settings dialog, in the Search field at the bottom left of the Desktop, type “Ease of Access Display Settings”.
