In the Risk Format Matrix popup – bottom left pane for selecting what shows did you recommend the “Index of the Label” or the “Index and Label”

We recommend Index of the Label. This gives you the 1,2,3 ... Index and label will show 1: Very low, 2, Low, ... (depending upon the labels). It works in both RiskyProject Enterprise and RiskyProject Desktop.
