Licensing Expired notification after upgrading to MS 365

Post by Kathy »

When trying to use RiskyProject after upgrading from MS to MS 365 – It asked me to activate my license - 30day trial, desktop license, or enterprise license. IT service was assisting me with this activation, we chose desktop I entered my previous license # but got an error message, so we try using enterprise client, it worked, but while using the software I noticed some of the chart options are grayed out not allowing me to modify the default options. I need to be able to change it back to desktop license and activate my license.

The issue is that with your new install of the MS 365 the procedure must have deleted the previous license activation and there were no available activations (they had been previously used). We have refreshed the license and it can now be reactivated.
