• Free 1 year technical support via e-mail or hotline. Technical support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm Mountain time. We will help with any problem related to installation, resolving of software error, assisting with the usage of the software, etc. Number of incidents for 1 year is unlimited. 

• Free minor software upgrades (bug fixing, minor improvements, etc.) for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

• Free major software releases for 1 year from the date of purchase. New software releases will be sent at no charge.
