RiskyProject Software Subscription and Support (Maintenance) Plan
- For 1 year from the date of purchase: Free software updates (bug fixing, minor improvements, etc.) and major releases(download)l. Technical support via email Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. We will help with any problem related to installation, software errors, or basic assistance with the usage of the software, etc. Number of incidents for 1 year is unlimited.
- The Software Subscription and Support Plan can be renewed annually for 15% of the original license purchase price. You will be sent a notice 4-6 weeks prior to the due date for renewing the Software Subscription and Support Plan at which time you can select to renew the program or opt out. Licenses for which the Software Subscription and Support Plan has lapsed will be required to purchase a full upgrade to reactivate the program.
- Free major software releases for 1 year from the date of purchase. New software releases will be sent at no charge.
