RiskyProject Software Overview
This six minutes video is a short introduction to RiskyProject Project Risk Analysis and Risk Management software. The video shows risk analysis workflow using RiskyProject Professional.
It starts with creating or importing project schedule, populating or importing Risk Register, and assigning risks from risk register to tasks and resources. You can also define low and high durations using uncertainty bands. Then you can perform Monte Carlo simulation and analyze results
